Together Collection
This collection is designed for the couple who needs a little extra guidance throughout the planning process of their wedding. We want to help you plan any details for your day and make any arrangements needed, we will be there for you from the very start with venues/vendors recommendations and assistance. This is a day that will be a memorable moment of your lifetime, Elegant Manor Cottage Inc. Will provide you with additional consultation, event design/decor, consultation, vendor referrals, as well as coordination of your wedding day.
Preparation
Eight planning consultation recommendations and arrangement of site visits for our venue and others of your choosing, venue contracts/negotiation and review (if necessary).With complementary of our in-house catering and menu with the use of our venue and services, vision boards for design and theme, conception if decor, florals, lighting scheme, specialty rentals, etc. Assistance with creative projects (I.e invitation design, program design, menu design, etc.) Does not include cost of materials, personalized planning checklist and reminders assistance with selections of wedding day attire and accessories. Correspondence with wedding venue(s) regarding set up and instructions and details, custom wedding day timeline for your vendors and wedding party. This includes a detailed schedule for overall wedding day, ceremony, and reception;special program for the emcee checklist of personal items needed for your wedding day etiquette advice.
Implementation
Unlimited vendor referrals includes initial introduction and checklist of availability, assistance with price negotiation (if needed), Track deposit, payment, due dates for you, review of vendor contracts,confirmation of vendor commitments during the week of the wedding, distribution of your wedding day timeline, driving directions and set up instructions to vendors relaying a final headcount to the appropriate vendors, review of banquet event order for venue.
Execution
Wedding day director, associate coordinator, liaison between you and wedding day vendors; communicate your wishes and desires. Assistance with wedding party attire distribution of wedding flowers to your wedding party and family, handing all of your wedding accessories for ceremony and reception (i.e programs, escort cards, guest book, toasting glasses, favors). Final inspections on setup seating placements,escort cards, and decor, ceremony direction will cue music, wedding party entrance / exit coordination of reception activities will que grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc. Distribution of final payment and gratuities to vendors (as instructed) coordination of tear-down, packing, and safe storage of all your wedding items at the conclusion of reception events wedding day emergency kit.
I Do Collection
This is our version of a "day of" package Elegant Manor Cottage Inc. will begin assisting you two months prior to your wedding day. This package also includes management of your wedding day in its entirety so you may relax and truly enjoy your special day.

Two planning consultations, correspondence with wedding venue(s) regarding setup instructions and details, custom wedding day timelines for your vendors and wedding party. Includes detailed schedule for overall wedding day, ceremony, and reception, also includes a special program for the emcee. Checklist of personal items needed for your wedding day and wedding etiquette guidance.
Implementation
Vendor coordination (contracted vendors), vision of overall event style, story, and custom design elements (vision board), review of banquet event order from venue, and budget maintenance.
Execution
Wedding day director, liaison between you and vendors to execute desires, instruct and oversee all duties of participants, oversee setup, assist brides and maids with dressing, supervise all vendors and professionals (including photographers/videographer, florist, and caterers). Ensure everything runs as planned, handle necessary payments, supervise the entire ceremony and reception, attend to guests’ special needs, and create a magical wedding !.
